If I could leave 6 stars I would. We recently moved to the area and our phones needed some repairs. We walked in and spoke with Ray Castaneda he greeted us and asked what services we needed. He was very informative on how much(very affordable) and how long the process was going to be.(2-3hrs) for the repairs. Even went into detail on the process. We did not mind the timeline as we were not in a rush. One phone would be ready in 30min-hour, other would be 1-2hr wait. Needless to say both were ready in an hour! Amazing service and beyond satisfied. Also bought some great accessories for our phones! After we took the phones home. One of the phones was acting a little strange so we called the store right at 7:01pm (after they closed) we received several call backs after hours informing us to come by as soon as they open to fix the problem. They did it without hesitation! Dropped it off this morning got the phone back a few hours later good as new. Dealing with Ray Castaneda was an absolute pleasure he really went above and beyond. We are a family of 10 and believe me they will receive all of our business moving forward thank you Gwireless for the exceptional experience!
