Very disappointing experience with CellTech. I paid over $200 for an iPhone screen replacement and the screen they installed broke easily shortly after. I had even been warned beforehand that some shops use cheap aftermarket screens, and unfortunately that seems to be the case here. When I returned to discuss the issue, they immediately started demanding a receipt. Even after I provided proof, they told me there are no refunds and that I would have to pay again to fix the phone. What made the situation worse was witnessing another customer come in with a repair issue while I was there. They tried to assist him without even asking for a receipt. When I questioned why I was being treated differently, they said they remembered fixing his phone but didn’t remember mine. There was also no manager available to speak with. Overall the experience felt rushed, overpriced, and very unprofessional. I would strongly suggest taking your phone to a more reliable repair shop.
