Eddie with service department had us in and out for a warranty replacement order for a clearance light on our brand new 2026 Silverado, we are actually from Carlsbad but the lady with a bad attitude at the desk in front not only had a crappy attitude but refused to have a technician even look at the light at Carlsbad Chevy without a appointment a week later, We will happily make the short drive to not have to deal with horrible customer service! Thanks agin Eddie!

Best dealership in south east New Mexico!! The salesman are super nice and helpful, Ray and Rudy are the best! Our new (5 year) GMC Acadia threw a code... the dealership got me in quickly and then fixed the problem all before noon!!!! Only place I know where the owner will still come talk to you and help if he can.. Eddie Guy is a artesia treasure!!!! If you need a new or used vehicle, Go see Guy Chevy!!!!!!!!
Can not say enough about this place. We bought our new Tahoe with Buddy about a month ago and it was incredibly easy. He was courteous and made sure the whole process went smoothly. Chevrolet may be a cooperate company but this place made it feel more like a “mom and pop” shop. THEY PAY ATTENTION TO YOU and EVERYONE we’ve dealt with there was super kind! Hands down the BEST buying experience we’ve had!
I had called ahead for an appointment as this is a busy shop. When I told Eddie that I was waiting for my vehicle, he said that they were finishing a vehicle and I was next. The service work was completed both thoroughly and in a timely manner. I especially appreciated that no extra/unnecessary services were pushed. Everyone was friendly and even the cashiers went out of their way to ensure that my GM service coupon was honored. I bought my vehicle from this dealership (Thanks Ray!) and will be back.
