Typically don't like to leave reviews however left with no other real option. I have a fan issue with my Samsung stove. I invited The owner/repairman Maksyn Nikulin in my home to diagnose the issue and his remedy was to order a part and install it - never was disclosed how much the part was or the how much the service was - he just charged me $350. To fix the stove took no longer than 15-20 minutes. Long story short my stove isn't fixed and I have asked him repeatedly to come back and remedy it - It's been almost 2 months. I wouldn't ever do business with someone like this again. Take your business elsewhere. That's not how you run a business. 1 Star.

My 2 1/2 year old GE refrigerator broke down completely. Max came to see it, diagnosed the problem with the compressor. He came back to fix it and the fridge worked fine. Then 3 days later it stopped getting cold again. It was on Friday. I called Max and he sent Vladimir who agreed to come on a Saturday, with his family in tow, to fix the new problem (a Freon leak). Vladimir stayed for 3 hours to be sure the problem was actually resolved. What great service! Great response time on calls, and excellent service. The kind of people you want to keep doing business with from now on.
