Excellent prompt service is always provided by Guaranteed Heating and Cooling. Ben is AWESOME!! He is friendly, thorough, experienced and reliable. Whatever issue happens with the furnace/boiler, mini splits (2) and AC systems (2), he diagnoses the issue quickly and soon has things running again. He is honest and trustworthy, so much so that I trust him to work when I'm not able to be home. If I was able to rate at ten stars, it would do so. Ben is just the best!!!

Amazing service and genuine people. I was hesitant to go with a random HVAC company without having any personal recommendations to go off of, but when our furnace stopped working at 11pm the night before a huge winter storm was predicted, we weren't left with many options. Ben was there to save the day within 30 mins of my phone call! He was very personable and knowledgeable. You're always worried that you're going to get ripped off in these situations (because honestly I'd pay anything to have heat when it's 5 degrees outside), but not with these guys. He was able to quickly identify our problem and fix it for a very reasonable cost. They will definitely have our business for life!

We've used Guaranteed Heating and Cooling several times over the years. We've been happy each time. I appreciate that they dont try to sell equipment that you dont really need. During a routine furnace check they showed me a picture of a minor issue inside the unit that didn't need addressing right now but will in the future. Ben was knowledgeable and nice. I was thinking about a smart thermostat and he spent time with me on the phone and texting when booking this appt to offer advice on a smart learning thermostats. I purchased it before the appointment and he installed it during the appointment. Couldn't be happier.
