Grout envy regrouted my shower stall. Almost instantly responded to my request for quote. Did an excellent job for exactly the price he quoted and took exactly the amount of time he said. He offered some good suggestions for maintenance as well. When I had a problem a few days later that was not directly related to his work, he called back immediately and offered to come first thing the next day. My son fixed the problem easily and he didn't need to come back at all. A++

We called Rich at Grout Envy to look at regrouting a MBth shower. There'd been a consistent slight leak for months and no one else could figure it out. There weren't any plumbing issues, nor any drsin problems. Rich found a portion of the shower base, under a tile overhang that apparently hadn't been grouted. Rich did excellent work. Grouted that area and the rest of the shower box and we haven't had a single drop in months! Highly recommended! A+ workmanship!
Wow. Rich worked from 10-5 cleaning the grout on my kitchen floor. It looks like I bought a new floor. He even replaced one tile that I dropped something on and it cracked. he cleaned the floor too and put grout in other spots that needed it. Amazing job. Rich was very fastidious and a perfectionist. I tried to clean myself with zap and a steamer but could not get it clean. I was just about to buy a new floor but I tried grout envy first. Glad I did I highly recommend Rich without reservation.
