Customer service at this location was outstanding! I walked in and was instantly greeted and asked how I could be assist by the lady at the counter. She directed me to the supplies I needed. Another employee named Jayden realized I needed some help and without asking him, he took initiative, grabbed a shovel, came over and started assisting me, loading my vehicle with mulch. His positive attitude and attention to detail were truly remarkable. He gave me tips and tricks to make my yard stand out. He also helped me safely get out of the large lot filled with large trucks loading supplies. His customer service was impeccable; an employee truly deserving of a raise or higher position!

3/19/24 Response to Owner's false statement: I was quoted $8,000 for the complete job on 3/19/21 l and paid $8,000. The estimator selected the type of pavers to use and the installation method. I selected the color of the pavers and showed him the area. I was not given any options by the estimator nor did I try to cheap out by telling the estimator to install it poorly or take shortcuts. I'm not sure why the owner would say such a blatant lie 4 years after this review was posted. Ground Cover Supply installed a paver pathway and patio for us in March 2021. They were the lowest bidder for our project. The quality of the finished job was poor. The pavers were laid out around bends and curves without making any cuts. This leads to big gaps in between the pavers - gaps that are too big to hold polymeric sand in place. 6 Months later, -The sand in a lot of joints between the pavers has washed out (see the pictures). -There is a haze on the pavers that's been present since the job was complete so the pavers always look dirty and wet in some areas despite dry weather. -There is settling on multiple sections of the walkway and patio. I've pulled a few of the pavers up in these sections and found little to no sand beneath the paver - the pavers are sitting directly on the paver base material. I've received estimates from other contractors to fix these issues and the recommendation from both contractors is that there are so many issues with the pavers being laid unlevel and sunken in multiple areas, that the whole walkway and patio must be re-done from scratch starting with new paver base material. The pictures I've posted are only of a few select areas. These problems are persistent everywhere across the 1,000 sqft of pavers that were laid. We are disappointed because the cost to fix these pavers and lay them correctly will cost the same or more than what I originally paid Ground Cover Supply to do the job, so we are essentially paying for the project twice because of our decision to use Ground Cover Supply.
