Griffin House Interiors

I bought a wonderful Michel Design Works candle and hand soap Sunflowers set at Griffin House Interiors that smell so incredibly fragrant and look beautiful in the house. I could not be more pleased with the products. They are special and high-end and compliment my home in both appearance and fragrance, well worth the purchase and the service was exemplary in making the choice. Definitely a great place to find something special.

In my opinion, this business has poor communication strategies— I called about a blind repair. They told me to either bring it in or they could service it in home. I chose to bring it in, as it was near my work. I brought it in and the lady said to me, “Oh, I forgot to mention on the phone we only service one brand of blinds. I should’ve called you back, but I forgot.” My blinds were not a brand they serviced. Also, the facility smells like a litter box. The woman couldn't come out to the desk (was in the back) because she had a cat that would escape (she was caged in with the cat). Not exactly the thing you expect to see at an interior design studio. Professionalism was a 0/10 and the place smelled terrible.
