Was in the process of getting estimates for collision repairs. Went to Autopark Collison Center and met Jeff Martin who took care of the estimates, explained the processes and the estimated time of completion. At that moment, I felt my vehicle was in good hands and did not need another estimate.
From beginning to end the whole staff including the shuttle driver where nothing but professional and reassuring that I was going to be taken care of. James “Bucky “ patiently walked me through all of my concerns and explained many details. I have already recommended many people to go to y’all for service and will definitely keep on. Thank you-thank you- thank you!!
Really disappointed with this collision center. My truck was in the shop for hail damage repairs way longer than promised, and communication was terrible. I understand repairs can take time, but I had to return my rental after 30 days and was left without transportation. This made timely updates on my truck even more important to me. At one point, I called over 20 times in two days trying to reach someone with no luck. When I finally did, I was told someone would call me back — but no one ever did. This happened multiple times. Communication was completely reactive, never proactive on the dealership's behalf. The GM eventually stepped in and got me a rental, and suddenly three days later I got my FIRST call from my advisor letting me know my truck was “done.” Maybe the dealership covering my rental sped things up. When I picked my truck up, not everything was repaired — including the busted driver’s mirror it went in with. I’ve since left more messages with no response. After waiting that long, I expected much better service and quality. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.
