This company is reliable. We had a down power during the snowstorm. We didn’t have electricity for 3 days during the weekend. Most of the company we called were closed. Luckily my friend found their number through the internet . Their office was open during the weekend and answered our call. They send an electrician the earliest possible. My experience was quite pleasant. I had another place come out for heat issues, they told me what was wrong and were supposed to get me quotes for a couple options, never heard from them again. GreenBox answered the phone, their AI was not bad, a tad slow to respond, but did well. A person called me back shortly after I left the info. They showed up when they were supposed to, were very professional. Looked at my system, told me the other place was wrong and had it fixed in no time. Had him replace my drain line and put in a new thermostat that automatically controls heat/ac. Markus is awesome and did a great job. Price was great. Very happy.

Exavier was our tech for another electrical need today and did an awesome job. It’s so obvious that he wants to ensure customer satisfaction with the electrical work he provides. I will definitely be calling GreenBox for any future electrical needs I may have and will also request Exavier Salazar and Ted Kiser (who came out the first time a few days ago). I appreciate professionals who are easy to work with and want to ensure the customer is pleased with their work. Side Note: I had never heard of GreenBox until Matthew with Kentucky Barns gave me Ted’s name to get electricity connected to our new Kentucky Barns buildings. Ted was the one who wired both of our buildings. I’m so glad I followed up with Ted and waited for our harsh winter to be over so he and Exavier could do what we needed.
