Engineered Heating and Air

I am 100% satisfied with my experience with Engineered Heating and Air. The depth of knowledge and understanding of my situation displayed by the Service Tech, Brad, and the Advisor, Chase, gave me total confidence is their recommendations. I needed an entire new system so we weren't talking peanuts. The installation team of Bryden, Andrew, and Raul was extremely professional and efficient. I was especially pleased with the care they took to keep me updated on their progress. I also need to compliment these guys on their awesome clean-up!

We lost heat during one of the worst winter storms I've ever seen. Mike, the sales manager at Engineered Heating and Air, was terrific. He was able to beat a competitor quote by over $1500 to do a full replacement of our gas furnace. Because of our emergency circumstances in extremely cold weather he somehow got our installation scheduled for the very next day. Our lead installer (Cody) was very polite and professional. The noise was minimal and they left the area as clean as they found it. I got an easy to use wifi thermostat that's allowed me to adjust the temperature of my home from virtually anywhere in the world using the First Alert app. Our air conditioner is probably on it's last leg and we will definitely use Engineered for that project when the time comes. Highly impressed with how they do business.

We could not have been more pleased with Engineered Heating and Air. Our old furnace went out, and Chase and Tom worked with us to figure out our best option. Then, they came through for us during the very difficult weather to replace the system. Chase was very responsive and helpful throughout, and the technician, Brady, and installation team, Andrew and Noah, were so friendly and professional. They did a great job and left everything in beautiful shape. We will be consulting them for all our future needs and recommending them to friends.
