Josh and his crew came and sanitized our unit today and they did such an incredible job. An absolute pleasure to talk to them - they helped me understand the needs of our unit since we're new to NC and the humidity here - and left everything spotless.
The technician was both personable and very professional. Assessment of work needing to be done was very clear and included pictures. I was impressed with his attention to detail and efficiency. Before and after pictures were impressive but even more important was the dramatic improvement in the air. So happy I had this done by this company.
Brett was awesome. Arrived exactly on time assessed what we needed done and did an outstanding job which I knew he would. Such a pleasure to talk to. Identified some future options for us to look at and we really appreciated that. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
