Very easy to contact and plan with, their rental prices are great and they were quick and efficient in their installation! Very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had.

Ruidoso has been through a lot these last couple of years, and this company is here to support this community. After the fires and floods in our town, I began to notice changes in the water coming into my home - village water. It had become even harder than usual. I reached out to the team at The Great Water Co.(Kinetico) and they explained the ins-and-outs and whys of all the changes occurring within our village. To protect the house piping, appliances, my sanity and skin, I went local with this great team and they quickly installed a wonderful water softening system. Going local made it easy. Staying local has been a terrific way to support this community and a family business. The Great Water Company is easy to work with and their water services and products ARE GREAT. I highly recommend this company in Ruidoso. 💦💧🩵

Buyer beware!! They sold us a "refurbished" dispenser full of green water. It did not dispense the water from bottle. I asked to just trade for bottles of water and they said no and unit was sold as is and that is why it was so cheap. Wasn't told as is, just refurbished. Better try harder. Strive to continue your best? Wow, if this service is your best, you have alot to learn. Shitty service.
