I purchased a Scar-17, although it might have been a Scar-18, but I can’t check. Can’t boot it up and their website repeatedly tells me ‘serial number not found.’ I owned this laptop for two months and it suddenly stopped turning on. It was turned off every time it was used, never used for over six hours, and was kept in one, safe location. Despite my utmost care, the laptop no longer boots up at all, simply being stuck on the ROG boot screen. I guess it’s on me for somehow forgetting to ask for a warrantee, but please, find another company to give your money. They’ll just sell you a laptop that will break down ASAP after you buy it. Awful, predatory company. Dell, Razor, or Alienware will sell you a longer lasting PC. $2,000 bucks down the drain. Won’t ever be buying another ASUS product again if I can help it.
