Ishmael was terrific from the day I called him for an estimate. He took his time and explained everything that would need to be done, based on the work I told him I wanted. He was professional and easy to talk with. I called other companies, they were nice, but took measurements and left quickly , without much explaining. Ishmael's estimate was fair and competitive, I felt like I could trust him to do a good and honest job, thus I decided to give him the job. He was very involved in the work, keeping me informed of things and explaining things as the job went along. His men with him were friendly and respectful of my home. I had ceramic floors removed from the dining room and two hallways and replaced with hardwood flooring. Also had the laminate flooring in 2 bedrooms and the living room removed. Under the laminate was the original hardwood flooring , instead of trying to talk me into removing it and getting new hardwood, Ishmael advised me to keep the floors and he can restore them, thus saving me a few thousand dollars. (One bedroom had the hardwood floor stained gray and the other room stained dark brown--Ishmael removed the stains and restored it to its natural wood color). I would recommend Ishmael to any friends, family or anyone who needs hardwood flooring and would definitely use him again if I have any other hardwood floor needs.

Ishmael is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, and honest. He did a beautiful job repairing, sanding, staining, and finishing our wood floors. He works very carefully and cleans up after himself. Ishmael came in person to discuss what I envisioned, took measurements, then provided me with an organized document detailing the cost breakdown. He has great prices and will not over charge you as it is evident he wants the best for you and your home. He supplied references and a great website as well. Ishmael even came back on a weekend after the job was completed to trouble shoot a problem I was having with one of the outlets he used during the sanding process. Overall great experience.
