Awesome service. Needed a range delivered because Costco was set to take over 2 weeks for delivery. Spoke with Jon and he got me an upgraded range at a good cost - delivered the next day! Definitely recommend - shop local!

The former owner left the washer and dryer in our new home, and they both needed attention. Appliance Services Professionals gave me excellent and thorough service. They are experienced and helpful, making suggestions on what is best for my situation rather than pressuring to spend more. They are a small business you can trust.

I called three appliance repair services, and this is the only one that called me back in a timely and professional manner. The owner who serviced my dryer ran into some issues, but he clearly believes in putting the customer first and making things right. This locally owned small business maintains old-fashioned quality service.

Paid $80 for a service call to diagnose a dryer. I was informaed the part was no longer avaiable. It is a Kenmore dryer so I called Sears Parts Direct and was able to buy the replacement control board. The dryer is working fine after ordering and replacing the part. Called the business to complain. Was told the $80 was for diagnostics and that they only buy from specific vendors. I guess buying from Sears Parts Direct is not reputable enough for them. A neighbor was looking for a place to get their dishwasher repaired and I recommended Appliance Services. They repaired the ice maker in our fridge 2 years ago and did an excellent job.
