Mr. Kiyar came out SAME DAY for an emergency replacement of a tankless water heater. He did excellent work (even buying and transporting the last Rinnai unit his supplier had in stock!) and his price beat everyone else’s by far!

Mohamed provides great service at a very reasonable price. His $50 house call fee that can be used towards the repair is fairer than others I contacted. He was available quickly and arrived on time. He is also friendly and willing to explain the problem and his repair work. I would highly recommend him. He did some simple fixes on my freezer and washing machine and I plan to use him again in the future.
