Had a great experience with AGB Appliance Repair. They were able to send someone out to diagnose my fridge with less than a day’s notice. Andi was great to work with and fixed my fridge quickly. Pricing for both parts and labor was completely fair. Would absolutely use AGB again if any of my appliances needed to be repaired.
Terrific choice for appliance repair. Love that they are automated with making appointments, notification, and payment. The CMS (Customer Management System) keeps you informed every step of the way. Appreciated Chads time and experience and willingness to let me watch and learn! Also love using small business! Highly recommend AGB.
Great! Great! Service! Wasn’t their fault that the first replacement part was defective. But they sure did come back to replace it a second time without any fuss… and in less than 24 hrs after trying the first time. Chad was supper warm and friendly. Chatted my mom up while he fixed my stove (a second time… see above) and now everything sounds and works great. Christmas was saved!! Thanks all — especially Chad!!!
