A pebble hit my windshield on the highway - always a fun experience - and I was dreading getting it fixed. Kept putting it off, figuring it'd take at least a day to replace and all the headaches that come with not having a car. Turns out, I didn't need to worry. Got an appointment within a day, took the car in and had it back in under an hour. No fuss at all, the folks there were great and their price was less than expected. 10/10

We had a great experience with Glass Doctor of Grand Rapids - They went above and beyond! From the estimate to the installation of the glass, we were very impressed with Dustin. We had the seals fail in 3 windows (Jeld-Wen) in our home, so the glass was covered under warranty. However, the installation was not covered. Dustin came out and gave us an estimate and also installed the glass when the glass was delivered to our home. He was very polite and professional throughout the entire process. It turned out that Jeld-Wen sent the wrong piece for one of the windows, so that window glass had to be reordered and he was only able to replace 2 of the windows. Dustin and Glass Doctor were very understanding and told us to give them a call when the replacement arrived and they would return to finish the third window. When the glass arrived, they scheduled another appointment about a week or so later. Dustin completed the job at no additional charge for the second trip. He arrived on time for both appointments and left everything as clean as before he did the work. We will definitely call Glass Doctor of Grand Rapids again if we have need for their services!
