Scott & Eric did a professional job at my home. I made sure they had plenty of room for them to work in my garage, as I know, working mobile windshield replacement is very weather dependent. Most people don't care. Thanks guys!! I hope I had the radio on a station you liked!

We had a great experience with Glass Doctor of Grand Rapids - They went above and beyond! From the estimate to the installation of the glass, we were very impressed with Dustin. We had the seals fail in 3 windows (Jeld-Wen) in our home, so the glass was covered under warranty. However, the installation was not covered. Dustin came out and gave us an estimate and also installed the glass when the glass was delivered to our home. He was very polite and professional throughout the entire process. Great experience with Glass Doctor—we had a fogged window for over four years and finally decided to get it taken care of. Within a few days we were able to get someone to come out to assess the window, measure it and give us a quote for replacement. Within two weeks the replacement arrived and was placed in less than an hour with very minimal disruption. Finally, a clear window to look out after all of these years! Appreciate the 10-yr warranty on the replacement window as well. Thanks for a job well done!

A pebble hit my windshield on the highway - always a fun experience - and I was dreading getting it fixed. Kept putting it off, figuring it'd take at least a day to replace and all the headaches that come with not having a car. Turns out, I didn't need to worry. Got an appointment within a day, took the car in and had it back in under an hour. No fuss at all, the folks there were great and their price was less than expected. 10/10

I was very pleased with Ben who was totally up front with information and answered all of my questions and concerns up front. The costs and professionalism of installation is a five Star. I am totally satisfied and have already shared with a friend who is in need of window replacement. Thank you. JB
