Unfortuitous Ash
i took the free update from windows 10 to windows 11 (do NOT do this, by the way) and it made every game i played crash to desktop. chris tried every fix possible and nothing was working. he ended up coming to my house and helping me back up all the data i wanted to save and install a fresh os. its like a brand new pc now and i still have all my pictures, music, and games. massive help. will 100% be going back if i ever have another issue i cant fix. thanks dude

My laptop started overheating and I have no knowledge how to clean the inside. He did a great and fast job getting all the fur and dust bunnies out. We have many pets. I enjoyed talking to them and will be planning to going back to them when I am ready to upgrade to a desktop computer.
