This place despite being recommended is a joke . After 2 phone calls we decided to replace a battery on an iPhone that had never been used . I was told if I had it there within 2 hours paid $149.00 up front I would be ready in 3 hours . My son took the phone in immediately , and came back saying they took 50 dollars and said they had to run diagnostics . I called again and Reiterated what we had agreed to by phone . I can’t say enough great things about this place! The quality of service went far beyond my expectations. Initially, I thought Best Buy and Geek Squad were my only options for repairing my iPhone. The young gentleman at the counter helped diagnose my iPhone and determine what it would take and the cost to repair He was also very patient and helpful in deciding if I needed a hard shell case for my sons new MacBook Pro because I was nervous about it breaking. His advice saved me money and worry!
