This place despite being recommended is a joke . After 2 phone calls we decided to replace a battery on an iPhone that had never been used . I was told if I had it there within 2 hours paid $149.00 up front I would be ready in 3 hours . My son took the phone in immediately , and came back saying they took 50 dollars and said they had to run diagnostics . I called again and Reiterated what we had agreed to by phone . I was told the diagnostics were included . And the price would come off the battery replacement fee . I explained I just want the battery replaced the phone has never been out of the box . They told me they would call after the diagnostic test since it was already in progress . 5 days later called them to find out what the heck and they said I owed 459.00 for a phone swap . 🤷♀️ I summarized all the phone calls and explained I just wanted a new battery that was supposed to take 3 hours . They said the diagnostic test showed it needed a board that isn’t made anymore. I said I just want a new battery . They told me that wouldn’t work , I still don’t believe them . They ended up returning the phone . Keeping 50 bucks and taking 5 days . I really just wanted a new battery !
