Excellent service. Generac installed 6/30/2022. My contract included service, monthly monitoring and 10 year warranty. The unit automatically turns on once a week for 5 minutes to test it's readiness. This is great for me who travels frequently and I do not have to be home for monitoring or any necessary repairs which it as yet has not needed. I highly recommend Generac and the Generator Supercenter of Tampa Bay for you piece of mind especially with the kind of unpredictable weather Florida can through at us.

The technician was kind, courteous, on time and very helpful. He explained the troubleshooting steps to replace my starter in my 20kW system. He even gave me a military discount which was awesome. I will definitely be doing business with generator superstore again. Much appreciated.

10/18/24; First off thanks to the Service Check on my Generator right before Milton my GENERAC ran flawlessly for 5 days straight 24/7 without a hitch. After running it over 120+ hours non-stop I thought it was a good idea to have This team come out and make sure all was OK. The tech came out today changed the oil and filter did a full diagnostic check and basically gave it a clean bill of health π Hopefully we wonβt need to use it for sometime but with Milton it was a Godsend so if you are thinking about a home Generator just do 2 things: Get a GENERAC Get in from these Guys!! The team that installed it moved out of Tampa St. Pete but they told me if you want a really good service company call these guys. Well calling them was the best thing I did. They set up a service call within a week. Bryce the tech showed up on time, went over everything he was going to do and once he was finished went over everything again. He is a true professional and an asset to the company. I hope to get him again if I need help.
