Boulder Mac Repair was just incredible. Very personalble service and great communitcation. I brought in a MacBook Air that I had just replaced the battery a few weeks earlier. Tyler started with the obvious - maybe a bad battery or a need to tweek the install. Well, turned out that it was fluid damage to mother board. Given the age of the computer, I elected to just take the computer back. BMC had already quick cleaned the computer, but more extensive cleaning was necessary. In the end the computer works perfectly again! So I was very happy with the end result, even though not expected. If you want friendly, competent service, then B... Absolutely fantastic service. Efficient repair. Cost effective. I was so pleased with how quickly Tyler fixed my cracked camera glass on my phone. I got a quote from apple prior, and it was triple the cost at BMR. Lastly, Tyler was kind, humble, and communicative. Please support this great, local business!

I needed an iPhone 15 pro screen replaced. Wanted to check the cost so I called in and they told me it’s $165 for the screen and $50 for labor. Great, that’s cheaper than Apple for the same screen just not an OEM part. So I plan my day around heading into the shop and when I get in they tell me it’s $400 for the same oled screen they quoted me over the phone. At this point I went to Apple for the fix. Then I leave a 1 star review because they wasted my time and the owner replies saying some lie about diagnostics. They didn’t even look at my phone in the store nor run any diagnostics. “Sorry we didn’t meet your expectations” is such a poor wa... I needed an iPhone 15 pro screen replaced. The owner didn’t ask for more information, offer a conversation, or even talk to his employees about this. Just left a snarky reply on my review to try and put this on me and take zero accountability for the way he runs his business.
