My computer was freezing non stop and I needed it for school, so I scheduled an appointment and it was a quick turnaround with daily updates given to the customer, pick up/drop off service and great customer service! Highly Recommend this company!
Josh built a new computer Windows 11, with upgrades like speakers, new monitor, memory and lots more. Good price, excellent choices, installation and communication. Very satisfied.
Josh was extremely helpful and informative while helping me rebuild my new computer. Great service and quality of work within a reasonable time and price. If you have any computer problems or questions Josh is the guy to go too!
Should preface, I did not get to actually get a computer service done. I called Josh, and was asking him to schedule me for a CPU installation and possible diagnostic. I ended up deciding I wanted to take the chance, and try to do it myself, after talking with Josh. He spent time out of his day taking my call, then returning it when he had time to really talk it over with me. If/when I do need help with my computer, I will be contacting him in the future. And, if he inspired me to never need a pc repair person in the future, then hopefully that's review enough! I appreciate the time he took, and I have no doubt he will take care of your pc, and will do it with respect.
Let me begin by saying I've been building my gaming computer and upgrading since 2016 myself. Ran into an issue that had me stumped, and a hectic work schedule left me completely unavailable to troubleshoot everything. I was really hesitant to allow someone else to work on something I put in so much time into but Josh was amazing. I called him about the issue and he was on the same page about all the issues immediately and even offered to pick it up the same day which he did. Turned out it was a MOBO going bad was not reading my RGB fans or FTW 3080, and it decided to do it after I moved my setup to a new case with a ton of RGB and non RGB fans. He was able to diagnose it within a day and offered to upgrade it, defaulting to me choosing the motherboard since he didn't work on gaming computers as often. (This is something I really appreciated). Motherboard came in late but he was able to accommodate since I was going out of town and had it done within a day. I give Josh 5/5 on everything, he communicated often, did a phenomenal job and I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on my PC ever again. Extremely knowledgeable and professional, even sat around at the end to talk about the motherboard. i9 9900K on Aorus Elite, 32GB 3600, EVGA 3080 FTW.
