Garett's Chimney Cleaning

I can't say enough good things about Garrett Chimney and Cleaning. He responded quickly to my voicemail and we set up an inspection within a week. I have a fireplace with a broken flu and when Garrett looked at it, he very quickly determined that because it was a factory built flu and replacement parts are no longer available, it could not be repaired. He also recommended against a top flu because of the construction of my fireplace. He answered my questions about how I can seal the fireplace to reduce air loss. After all of that, he didn't even charge me! We need more people in this world like Garrett.

If I could award him a 10 star review, I would. I scheduled Garett for a chimney clean and inspection. He was responsive via email/text when I was in the process of scheduling with him, he was here on time, answered all of my questions (I had a lot of them), and in my mind, went above and beyond. He explained how we could clean the chimney and interior pipes ourselves moving forward. Like, who does that?? That's money out of his pocket, but hey, I'll take it. (My husband had a pretty good idea on how, but Garett sealed the deal.) He also pulled up a specific part (using my phone) that we need to replace , so I wasn't left floundering with which item to buy. Garett is simply not one of those people looking out for only himself, and in 2026, that is a rarity. (And ... he let our chihuahua give him kisses, so he deserves another five stars for that alone.)

Garrett’s awesome!! He was timely, knowledgeable, personable, honest and affordable. He quickly solved the issue with our pellet stove, got it working again and cleaned it up like brand new, leaving everything spotless. We were thinking we might have to buy a new stove but Garrett got ours looking and functioning just like new at a tiny fraction of the price! We’re sure going to enjoy its beauty and warmth this winter. You can’t go wrong with Garrett. Highly recommend!! Thanks Garrett!!

Garrett was quick to respond and had us scheduled for a chimney cleaning and dryer vent cleaning within a week. He was on time and very professional and took the time to answer our questions and give us recommendations. Garrett ended up saving us the cost of the dryer vent cleaning after inspecting it and realizing it wasn't that bad, but he still did a simple blowout to be sure!
