I came in with a broken necklace last week and Vadim was able to assist. Necklace was fixed and I was satisfied with the price of the repair. Later that day, it ended up breaking again in the same place. I reached out to Vadim about it and he was happy to help again free of charge. I came in again today and he was able fix it again using a different method. Highly recommend! Amazing customer service!

Walked in with my TW Steel for a battery replacement, if you know these watches you know most jewelers can’t work them due to their unique design. It took USA Watch Repair less than 2 minutes to replace the battery. If you want someone to repair your watch, this is the store for the job.
