I have been going to Gamers World Fox Valley for over a year now, participating in One Piece TCG tournaments when I am able to. The employee who runs the tournaments is always incredibly helpful, courteous, and looks out for the players. If you are looking for a new place to play, I strongly recommend.

The selection and prices are fair at minimum. But the custom service, forget about it. Go to a different store. You are better off getting better customer service at a GameStop."
Joshua left this review a few months ago, and no kidding, this happened to me TODAY... haha, it's baffling how this store is even open? How does it survive with crap like this going on? Where are they hiring people from? I shall never return.
Absolutely terribly rude a behavior from the employees here. I went in today and was looking at the twisted cryptids expansions packs. when I went to pick up the Nessie and chupacabra expansion and when I did the other pack next to it fell down. I picked the m all up because it was an accident, then I go to put the pack I was looking at back down an when I do it falls down again, the bald man at the cash register proceeds to say “Can you stop knocking down the merchandise” , while he was helping another guest. At which that point me and my friend walked out after putting everything back. If you are going to display things make sure they are properly spaced so they don’t fall over. And stop your employees from making unhelpful and rude comments where they are not necessary. It might help business if they are nice. If you read this thank you and have a nice day.
