Horrible experience with this company. Will never recommend them to anyone. Was told a cleanout was going to be done at my house and I got prepared along with my family. My neighbor who has caused the reason that we needed an exterminator anyway did nothing that we did. We were told to leave our property and they did not. Was told if we didn't do all these things to get ready that a fine would be charged. So all excited I am to finally get something professionally done to find that really nothing was done. I could have done better myself. I feel very let down. Like almost a joke. I hope the next person that needs services done considers others before you go with this company. There are many others.

Had the pleasure of meeting Jeremy today and I have to say he is one of the most professional and insightful technicians in any industry ive dealt with. Smiled whole time, replied yes, no sir and understands the importance of repeat customers. He takes pride at being good at anything he does. They dont pay me to think but I think he has management potential written all over him. Im hope they take care of this guy and make sure he has what he needs in order to stick around.
