This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, the service was unprofessional and disorganized. I waited over 30 minutes before they even began working on my car. When I asked for more information about the run-flat tire options, the employee was rude and dismissive instead of being helpful. He told me there were no other options and said that if I didn’t like the price or the tire, I could have the tow truck take my car back. That comment was completely unacceptable and disrespectful. No customer should be spoken to that way. To make matters worse, I was quoted $70 but was charged $75 with no proper explanation….It’s not about the $5 — it’s about integrity and transparency. I left feeling disrespected and taken advantage of. I will not return, and I strongly recommend others consider going elsewhere. Professionalism, honesty, and basic customer service standards were clearly lacking here.
