I had an amazing experience at Discount Tire thanks to Luis and his incredible crew. From the moment I walked in, they were professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on helping me out. Luis went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly and correctly, and his team worked efficiently while keeping a great attitude the entire time. It’s not often you find a place where customer service is this consistent and impressive. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate the hard work and dedication from Luis and his team. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for honest, reliable service!

Service is great here. Luis has been in the business 20 years so you don’t find any lack of experience through the shop. After speaking with him while my car was being worked on he used to be a mechanic to begin with so he knows under the car not just sales leading to a better handling of shop operations. The experience of the crew he has working for him is great. They fix things and notice when they coming due for you so you don’t have to worry. You can’t buy good help these days. But if you stop by the shop and ask for him you can get it while you are here.
