As Carolyn's daughter posting here, I was concrned at first that my elderly Mom had been ripped off. Turns out I was not correct. The technician was helpful, and with the issues in my Mom's home, he probably could have charged her more. Thank you, Fountain City, for your call and explanation this morning. Much appreciated!

Very good experience in the Northland. I was helped by a friendly technician. He was able to diagnose my water heater and address the issue quickly, and the pricing was fair. I will use Fountain City again, and I do recommend them for others needing assistance.

Jon, the owner, came out and did an estimate then provided a quick turn around. The work he did was outstanding and I would highly recommend. My issues was some what simple, My kitchen farmhouse sink had dropped as our original home remodeler did not install clips to hold the sink, he even tightened the facet after completing the job he was hired to do. Jon was very nice, informative and provide a quick solution, cleaning up when he was done. I will hire him for the next job I have
