Forever appliance are the best in the Heber Valley! They have been taking care of us for years. Professional, experienced, courteous, knowledgeable, and kind. Justin and Todd make a great team and came through for our family in a flash, again! Thank you!
We had a refrigerator that was not staying cool. The tech was here for 5 minutes, said he needed to check parts at the shop and would call me back later that afternoon. I was charged a $150 service fee. No follow up no call back. I have referred this company to several neighbors over the years. I left countless messages with zero response. I contacted the manufacturer, they sent the Kitchen Aid rep out the next day. Issue resolved.
We had two burners that were not working on our stove so I called out Forever Appliance. They arrived, called, and said they were going to test out the burners and see what the issue was. Then later that day, I never got a response as to what happened or what they found with the issue. I noticed my card was charged for the service fee and I had to call the next day to see what the problem was and if there was a solution. They said I would need to replace the burners. I asked the cost and they said it would be around $200 for the parts and then labor would put it around $500 total. I gave the okay and we scheduled the job for 2 weeks later. On the day the repair was scheduled he called me 2 hours before and said that the part was actually $400-500 and that it was going to cost around $700 to repair. At this point we had no other option as we had already wasted 3 weeks on this situation and getting a new oven delivered would be more time. Terrible communication from the tech to the sales woman who answers the phones, to the last minute phone call 2 hours before arrival. (They got the parts in the week prior) so they had time to tell me about the price change that was mis-estimated. Terrible service.
