Flow Pro Plumbing

Chris K. with Flow Pro did a fantastic job at our home. We were having low water pressure with a bathroom faucet, and he quickly diagnosed the issue as a kinked supply line from a previous installation. He repositioned the line and made additional handle adjustments. Chris K. had everything working perfectly in no time! Chris K. was extremely friendly, professional, and efficient. He took the time to explain what was going on and fixed it without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. Flow Pro sent him out quickly, and the price was very affordable — especially for same-day service. From scheduling to completion, the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Flow Pro Plumbing. We will absolutely call them again if we need plumbing work in the future.

Yeah. We called them a few days ago to see if anything was wrong with our gas fireplace, we've never had one and wanted to make sure it was okay before this coming storm. They came today and wanted to charge $600 + to fix it (this does not include the $82 diagnostic fee, which is fine, and also does not include the price of new logs, which we would supply but they would install for $300+). We can't afford that right now. So we went on YouTube and found out the thermal coupler was just dirty. We took it off, sanded and cleaned it, then replaced it. It took no more than 5 MINUTES. (Brand new ones are only $8) The logs are fine, by the way, and don't need to be replaced. It's running great. I'm incredibly disappointed in this company and really feel like they tried to fleece us good. I don't know if they do this often, or just before major storms. BE VERY WEARY of using them in the future.
