Kalonji Nyembwe has been the only reason I am rating this total service a 2. He deserves a 5. He is very professional and I can count on him. The service team and customer service is lacking in all ways. It started at the beginning when the wrong price was billed to me and trying to get that rectified was a finger pointing experience. I brought it up the chain and no one bothered to get back to me. KaIonji took care of it! I have had scheduled appointments and received texts from the technician stated they would be there tomorrow...no show, a text again saying tomorrow, no show but a report sent to me stating the work has been completed. When I called customer service and they finally answered , they stated I wasn't on the schedule. WHAT? Traps have been put in the attic but what good does that do if no one comes to check on them. The service I paid for included follow up appointments, but they got my money and are now ghosting me. Good thing I have Kalonji or I would have paid a lot of money for nothing!
