If all my problems could be solved this fast and painlessly…. I reached that point in my life that I no longer want to aggravate myself programming or solving computer/iphone/ipad/Mac issues. I don’t even want to go to YouTube to figure how to do something. I am glad I found Computes IT Solutions. They sent me Angel, who has a name that describes him well. I had a long list of things I wanted to fix, change or improve, and not just limited to my 3 Apple devices, backups, sync, etc, but also restoring lost music, programming a new vacuum-robot cleaner, etc. Angel was quick, efficient, helpful and very kind. I plan to use them always from now on.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We used Computer IT Solutions as an onsite tech resource in Miami to troubleshoot and replace a faulty UPS for one of our clients, and the experience was excellent. Their communication was prompt and professional, they arrived on time, and their technician was knowledgeable and efficient. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. It’s not always easy to find reliable hands-on support when you’re remote, but these guys delivered. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again in the future.

I have been a User with IT Solutions since the very beginning of their journey in the IT world of business. They have always been my IT provider of needs for both my business and personal accounts as well as that for my wife's IT needs. I have ALWAYS received prompt, courteous, accurate and insightful service, even when required under urgent situational needs (e.g. dealing with the "blue" screen, losing a file, etc., etc.). My needs are many and sometimes seemingly trivial, but I've always had their representatives remain cordial and patient until I finally "get it".
