Jon was a super professional. Very thorough and clarity in: Explaining action Reporting Suggestions on what needs to be done. Was I incredibly clear. Very neat work left no mess when having to open attic covering to inspect. Highly recommend.

I been a JP Miller customer for 7 years now. It is money well spent. From the day Luis came and treated our colony ant to our monthly service with frank I could not ask for more. Frank always give a few knocks and discusses anything that may be going on and always explains service for the day. Should be a Zero star, they killed my huge ficus hedge. I had it for years, as all people know the ficus suffers from white flies, it was healthy, it only has some spots with no leaves, but being attacked so I contracted them to check it and stop the flies. They gave me a a plan of service every 3 months to control it. First time it didn’t work well so they have to come back and apply more…then they tried another chemical, the day after they applied it, the leaves started to fall so I send the technician a message about it and the response was “OK” he didn’t showed up, when he came 3 weeks after for lawn treatment he called me to say it look... Amazing service and personal touch. I appreciate the professional inspection, follow-up calls, follow-up text and emails. This business (JP Miller)is run in a professional and customer focused model. I wish more companies in South Florida took the same care with their customers. I also very much appreciate the Military discount…. Every dollar saved helps. Luis Performed the inspection and all spraying and installation for termite mitigation. His communication with us and attention to detail is incredible. His knowledge of all things “pests” are also very impressive!! we feel our home as well protected now!
