I been a JP Miller customer for 7 years now. It is money well spent. From the day Luis came and treated our colony ant to our monthly service with frank I could not ask for more. Frank always give a few knocks and discusses anything that may be going on and always explains service for the day. This company has a great service tech on thier hand and I appreciate every time I see him. Thanks team and keep it up
Should be a Zero star, they killed my huge ficus hedge. I had it for years, as all people know the ficus suffers from white flies, it was healthy, it only has some spots with no leaves, but being attacked so I contracted them to check it and stop the flies. They gave me a a plan of service every 3 months to control it. First time it didnβt work well so they have to come back and apply moreβ¦then they tried another chemical, the day after they applied it, the leaves started to fall so I send the technician a message about it and the response was βOKβ he didnβt showed up, when he came 3 weeks after for lawn treatment he called me to say it looks so badβ¦I told youβ¦and that he will be talking with the company to see another optionβ¦but at this stage the Ficus has almost no leaves, after paying $1200 plus $250 for fertilizer they killed it. I complained and cancel the services, and ask to get a call for a refund and talk about itβ¦now almost three weeks after nobody called me. I lost the money nut mainly the hedge that will cost me a lot of $$ . The technician excuse was maybe it is too old, I would love to share with him the hedges in several places that are older and the donβt have major problems, the chemical applied killed it, day after all the leaves fallen downβ¦.
This is a company does donβt take care of private customers.
A disaster, thank you for kill my hedge, and not call me back.
