Fleck’s installed a new dishwasher for me yesterday, as well as a new washer and dryer a year or two ago. Very kind employees- from the employees in the store to the people who delivered and installed. The two men who installed my new dishwasher gave me a run down on how everything works which was super helpful. Overall a great experience. Thanks again! 😊

So far my experience with this company hasn’t been good. I live in an apartment and I’ve been having an issue with my refrigerator for nearly a month now. I put in a maintenance request through my property manager on December 14th or so and they passed it on to Fleck’s. They kept promising to call, promising to call, promising to call… and of course never did. In fact I didn’t hear anything from them until I decided to call them directly and finally they promised to come by today and take a look at it. I get home, open my fridge and still the same problem. And there was no indication that anyone came by at all from Fleck’s. This is ridiculous and frankly it doesn’t speak well of Fleck’s customer service or their ability to handle issues in an expeditious manner! EDIT (01/10/2022): After weeks of going back and forth between my property manager’s office and the front desk at Fleck’s, I was finally contacted by Terry earlier today, who told me that he’d be able to get it done either tonight or Wednesday. By the time I got home from work, I noticed that the light was working so he must’ve gotten to it shortly after we spoke on the phone. While I still stand by what I said in my original review, I do want to acknowledge Terry and his quick and professional response in dealing with this matter! Thank you sir!

Horrible customer service. Let me start by saying the guy who actually came out to my house Ryan or Bryan (can't remember which) was great to deal with! Amazing customer service. The lady who does the scheduling in store is a joke! Scheduled an appointment to have a dishwasher installed. Appointment time arrives just for no one to arrive and when I call them to find out she acts like she never even scheduled my appointment! Now I have to wait an additional 2 days because she supposedly never scheduled this appointment even tho she did on Friday. And nope of course they can't deliver it for us to install because the installation was already paid for. Absolutely terrible customer service!

Bought a new laundry set. For sure the best appliance shopping experience I've had. Prices are right as far as I can tell and the knowledge of the sales person was super high.
