I came in to get 2 of my phones fixed and within a few days they both were malfunctioning one turns off when it charges to 100 and I have to press down on my screen really hard for about 30 minutes for it to open up for me which it didn’t do that before I brought it to get fixed and the other inside screen is showing in the bottom with black at the bottom of my screen and is changing colors i brought one back in to see if they can fix it but they tried to charge me a extra fee when my phones wasn’t doing this before i brought them there to get them fixed I keep a outer box on both no cracks no scratches I haven’t damaged them this store just simply did not work to they’re best abilities to fix my phones properly i am HIGHLY upset with this service

Do not ever purchase anything from these guys they will claim they give you a warranty but when you come to use the warranty, they will say that it is your fault that they put a bad screen protector on your phone. I wasted $200 to get a screen fixed on a 16 pro max that I just bought not even five months ago And the screen was giving me issues from day one. I literally have a phone case on the phone and the screen starts bleeding for no reason and they say that the warranty does not cover that even though it happened within 30 days. I go up here to try to see if they can help me with the screen or at least offer me some type of help because I don’t have too much money to spend right now and they told me that there was nothing that they could do. Do not trust these guys with anything that has worth to you.
