A person should never have to wait to be handed off a package. I waited several minutes. When I worked in customer service, I always rushed to tend to each client, not made anyone wait in a non air conditioner environment for what seemed like 20 years.

Jose replaced the battery in my Iphone 6. It took him 15 min. The phone works like new. The price is reasonable and much cheaper than in Apple store. Jose is very professional and friendly guy. The store is clean.
