Fix 4 Less | Cell Phone Repair San Diego

Went in to get my phone screen checked after it started acting weird and flickering. The place felt pretty laid back, nothing fancy but clean and organized. The guy at the counter explained what was going on in simple terms and didn’t try to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need, which I appreciated. Repair took about the time they said it would, maybe a little faster. Price seemed fair compared to other shops around. Phone’s been working fine since. Overall, a solid experience and I’d probably come back if I need another fix.

DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY. 1. if you go in to get a screen repair they are going to replace your screen with a cheaper screen. They will tell you it's OLED, LCD, etc but it is not. They purchase their parts cheaply off backdoor dealers. The parts this company uses are meant to break easily, so that customers return back to spend more money. 2. This company steals parts from your phone and replaces them with cheaper parts. You will go in for a screen repair, but they will swap parts out like your battery etc for cheaper parts while keeping your expensive battery (If you're going to go them always cheat your battery percentage before and after) 3. This company will illegal use your information to search to see if you left a review about them. If you sign up for their program or purchase using cashapp. They will use your number or cashapp information to search to see if they see your name in google reviews and if you left a negative feedback about their service or not a high enough rating this company will CALL YOU on your phone and harass you 4. If you have any issues with your device. The owner is extremely rude, he will call you out your name, scream at you over the phone, and tell you that he does not care and he will no longer work for you because he thinks he's some MOB BOSS or something making threats towards customers because they report his fraud activities with stealing phone parts. 5. THIS COMPANY WILL HARRASS YOU when they give you bad service and you report. I have enough proof of them texting me, calling me that I am going to file a police report. I have already filed a complaint with California for them to been investigated. I am currently being harassed and so are others. Please if you have any respect for your electronic devices, you are better off paying FULL PRICE at an apple tech then you're going to a service like fix4less. This company will rob you, lie to you, and keep you coming back because the goal is to always give you damage parts that look new so any little bump or accident that happens will cause the screen to break. They intentionally do this so the fault goes on to the customer because this companies whole moto is fix 4 less because the less part is the parts itself, not the money. They'll all over charge you for damage parts and tell you their brand new. RUN RUN RUN and don't waste your money. I have my friends and family reporting this company and we will continue to report them on every social media site and leave a negative review after they stole our parts to iPhones we came to have repaired by them. This company is fraudulent

I had a very disappointing experience at this phone repair shop. I came in to get my phone screen fixed and was told my screen had to be ordered. When I arrived, I was then told they couldn’t find my screen and that they would call me—no one ever called. I had to go back 2 times. At this point I had already put half down for the repair. When I went back in person after not receiving a call, I was charged for a glass-only repair, even though I was originally quoted for a screen repair and was told a screen protector would be included. I was given a total, but the services promised were not fully provided. Within a day or two of getting my phone back, I started experiencing dead spots on the screen. Parts of the screen do not respond at all unless I press down hard just to access basic features. This is not how a properly repaired phone should function. At this point, the repair was not worth the money, and the phone is worse than before. Based on my experience, I feel misled and do not trust the quality of the work done here. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable phone repair. After I used this service I went to another cell repair service and I was told the the screen was not installed correctly because the model of screen was not the same for this device .... when this happens the battery has to work harder to charge the phone so the battery starts to swell and causes issues with the device. My phone started having more issues as the pressure of the screen caused problems unfortunately I have to replace the whole phone. Please save yourself money and go somewhere else.
