If you want your musical instrument treated right, this is the place to go! An appointment is necessary, and it will take some time to get the work done, but this is a reflection of the demand for their services and the high quality of craftsmanship. The three individuals I met in the process of getting my flute serviced were obviously dedicated towards their work. They were also very friendly, and happy to talk about music. This is definitely my "go to" spot for any future needs. I highly recommend without reservation!

Great service, friendly staff! They were very helpful, I emailed and got an appointment the following day. They are dog friendly too, my little Pups was made welcome in the shop while we waited for the repair to be completed.

They did a phenomenal job of quickly identifying what was wrong and were able to fix my flute and within ten mins of waiting for minor damage to the keys and a few dents I was out the door. I would definitely recommend this place as a quick and headache free repair shop!
