Happy to recommend Five-Star Chimney Service. They showed up at the scheduled time and thoroughly examined and took photos of the system and then went over everything with us. I was impressed with the high level of professionalism and expertise of the technician, Sean. We were happy that he and his assistant, Allan, were able to complete all the work on the same day. They said they would return sometime in the summer to do a free re-inspection of the system.

Just had my chimney inspected and then waterproofed by this company. Firstly, the technicians that they sent were on time, clean, neat, and professional. In addition to that, I received a very detailed report upon completion of the inspection that explained the issues they had discovered. I was then quoted multiple repair options with a thorough explanation of the pros and cons of each. Between the level of professionalism that was exhibited during our interaction and how straightforward the whole process was, I felt more than confident in their ability to properly resolve my issue. After the repair was complete, I received before and after pictures and an itemized breakdown of all work completed.
