Terry is an amazing asset to your company. He walked my mother-in-law step by step on how to get the pilot lit (even through an issue with the module), and we got our fireplace going. We spent weeks calling around asking for help to no avail, including with the manufacturer. But once we got in touch with y'all and Terry, we got the information we needed, and now we're set for the winter. We have an empire fireplace and we've had problems for several years that Terry has been an absolute Angel to walk us through what to do and no charge at all. We're wanting to get a replacement and there's no one we would trust more than asking him to put in a replacement. He has helped me so many times and I'm 80 years old and he's walk me through what to do and every time at no charge.
