Tyler came out and did a detailed inspection. He found major issues that were previously missed by a company who certified my chimney safe. He used a camera and took photographs of the inside of the chimney. He was very knowledgeable and honest. He was able to answer any questions or concerns I had. I highly recommend his work. Make the call and get it done right the first time.
