They came out fixed our door for less than a 100 dollars. We had another company come out the day before that and they told us we needed a new door... Fortunately we are not that ignorant. They other company wanted to charge us 2200. Thank you to the folks at overhead door! We appreciate you more than you know :)
The spring on my garage door broke, and they came out on the same day to replace it and service the door. I had quoted with another company, and it was three times what Overhead charged. Overhead was professional, quick, and did a great job! I will definitely use them again.
Best overhead door company out there! Great place for new installs and repairs! They are fast and efficient and extremely reliable. Very nice and knowledgeable technicians. We have used them on several occasions and are always very satisfied.
We called on a Friday morning do to our door spring breaking unexpectedly. The lady in the office that answered the phone was very helpful, knowledgeable, and even offered to squeezed our repair in on the same day! I normally fix stuff like this on my own but I had to order the parts and wait a week for delivery. I knew I wanted to upgrade the springs to a higher cycle rating since we use it so much. They not only had all the parts in stock they were very reasonable on the repair quote. Justin came out and made quick work of the repair. They went above and beyond when they didn’t have to! Our garage had a part wear out and the door fell so we couldn't get our cars out. They were very prompt in returning my late night call the next morning, showed up quickly and returned with supplies on time. Great communication and polite staff. We really appreciate their help in our hour of need!
