Theses fellas were exceedingly professional and polite, answered my questions, and explained things I was unfamiliar with. They were proprietary in their approach and were very thorough; took Great care in moving about the house and did a thorough cleanup behind A themselves. FH&AC has put together a very effective team and I hope you can keep these competent fellas on your staff for a good while. Guys like these are hard to come by in any business. Comfy club membership canceled. After numerous attempts to communicate with Fayette heating and air, I canceled my membership after one of their technicians damaged my duct work. After repeated attempts in communication, and with substandard workmanship I’m still left with compromised heating ductwork. Beware of this company. I’d be cautious of their business integrity. I’d also recommend being present and watching what they do while in your house.

AJ came to my house promptly as scheduled, he went right to work, he analyzed the problem and had an immediate solution. It didn't take him long to put this solution in place. He was also very personable. I couldn't be more pleased with the work AJ did for me.
