Fast Cash And Pawn Shop

This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The woman working there was extremely rude from the moment we asked simple questions. Her tone was dismissive, her answers were sharp, and she acted as if customers were a nuisance rather than the reason the business exists. When I calmly told her there was no need to be rude, the situation escalated fast. She began cursing, bragging that she’s “been there for 20 years,” and then kicked us out—all while acting like she owned the place. She does not. She’s just an employee, but clearly someone who has been allowed to treat customers however she wants. No professionalism, no basic respect, no accountability. Longevity at a job does not excuse abusive behavior. I would strongly recommend avoiding this pawn shop unless you enjoy being talked down to and disrespected. There are plenty of other places that treat people like human beings. This is not one of them.
