Steve made the extra effort and long drive to service my computer in my home. His work was quick and thorough and he took the time to review its status and things I could do to keep it running at its best. Great service from Alpha as always

I called Alpha earlier today, probably around 10:15AM. I explained to the owner that I had just built my 5th or 6th PC, but this one just wouldn't start. It was totally dead. This was my first build in years, so TBH, I wasn't surprised. I asked if they were open today? He said by appointment. He asked if I wanted to come in today? I eagerly said, I'd love to if it's not too much trouble. We set up a time and I showed up just as he instructed me to. He had a young man there, Michael to take a look at my PC. Michael was beyond amazing. He pretty much knew within 5 minutes or so exactly what the issue was. He not only fixed that, but he took the... I called Alpha earlier today, probably around 10:15AM. He pretty much knew within 5 minutes or so exactly what the issue was. He not only fixed that, but he took the time to really organize all the wires inside the case. It now looks like a 100% super pro built PC. He also helped me with the basics on Windows 11 and explained very articulately everything I'd need to finish the install and get it up and running. In addition to being the ultimate professional, he also had some very helpful hints. To experience this kind of super high level customer service in this day and age is frankly unheard of in my experience. I not only very highly recommend Alpha for all your computer and computing needs, they are my first and only call from this day forward. Superb people, great professional job, and fair pricing. Thanks for saving the day for me Michael and Alpha. You guys are seriously one of a kind. I can't thank you enough. John
