I could not be more pleased with my Fairway Floors experience. Gary was unbelievable in helping me navigate a long, tough process of multiple floor types (wood and tile) on multiple floor installs (over subfloor and radiant heat concrete). Nothing was too much for them. OH so grateful!

Very helpful easy to deal with staff. Great carpet. Install was great. Would be 5 stars, but there was a snafu with our scheduled install time. Thankfully it was fixed and still installed that day. Just a few hours later than scheduled.
