We can't say enough positive things about our experience with North Idaho Decks. We replaced our deck on our home and from start to finish everything was absolutely perfect. Bobby was our sales person and he was very knowledgeable and helped us in our deck selection. He kept us aprirised of all details of the timing of our project. We had Nick and Adam install the deck and they did a phenomenal job. It was obvious they took great pride in their work. All 3 of these people are a tremendous asset to North Idaho Decks. We are so happy that we chose them. If we could give more than 5 stars we would!!

Fantastic experience with N Idaho decks. I sadly started the project with a different contractor who quickly showed his knowledge and professionalism to be far inferior to N Idaho Deck’s Bobby Thorpe. The crew Thorpe employs are efficient perfectionists. The care of level measuring and planing any errant boards….just wow! Thorpe over-communicated, a welcome difference. My advice- get the 3 quotes and then pick N Idaho Decks even if a little more. It will save you time and headaches to know it will be completed correctly.

Bobby Thorpe and his crew did an AMAZING job from demo to replacement of our deck. They all went above and beyond to take care of our project, get the necessary permits, install everything expertly, and keep us up to date with professional and supportive communication. We have nothing but good things to say about North Idaho Decks & Interiors. We plan to hire them for an interior project as well. We HIGHLY recommend this company.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Bobby Thorpe was such a pleasure to work with and his dedication to his craft exceptional. He took the time to walk me through all of the steps to make the best decisions. From picking out materials to keeping me informed of the progress of my deck. Checking in with me to see if I had any concerns or questions. His crew were phenomenal, displaying a work ethic I have not seen in a long time. My deck is a work of beauty and art, thank you to all who were involved making this come true!
